I took the Beginners Italian Class with Chelsea this past fall and loved it so much. Every Thursday I looked forward to be in class and absorb as much information as I could. Chelsea is a professoressa fantastica! The class is very dynamic and filled with important aspects of learning a new language, i.e., grammar, pronunciation, typical food, Italian customs, etc. We even got coffee every class, without cream, just like in Italy. I had been thinking to take Italian for some time and bought some CDs. I used to listen to them while driving but did not understand the grammar. After taking Chelsea's class, I was amazed with how much I could comprehend while listening to my CDs and apply what I was learning. I look forward to continue learning Italian with Chelsea when time permits. Grazie Mille!

I've been taking Italian with Chelsea for 2 sessions now and am so pleased that we have a teacher of such excellence available here in Maui. Chelsea is very encouraging, enthusiastic, and patient. She makes our classes lively, interesting, and fun. She does her best to make us sound more Italian, and besides learning the Italian language and its grammar, we also learn about Italian culture. I love this class and hope to keep taking it as long as possible. Since I can't go live in Italy, it's the next best thing.
